REQUIRED DOCS FOR FUNDING:

Collateral MUST be titled in the name of the maker/applicant, unless the maker is a spouse or parent/legal guardian. The co-applicant may also be listed on the title if requested.
All applicants must be eligible for Sharefax membership – Completed & signed membership card must accompany funding package.
Both borrower and co-borrower must be listed on the contract "BUYER" section.
ALL vehicles (including off road) financed at Sharefax MUST have collision insurance coverage during the entire term of the loan with a max $2,000.00 deductible. Winter waives are not accepted.
Copy of valid driver’s license must accompany all funding packages.
Buyers order, plus dealer invoice, and/or JD POWER book out are required for funding.
Copy of TransUnion bureau if score used to qualify buyer for better rate.
Self Employed applicants require 2 years of tax returns/P&L statements as proof of income.
No Salvage/Rebuilt titles. Grey market vehicles, Manufacturer buybacks or Straw purchases.
Sharefax Credit Union employees are not permitted to sign loan documents at the dealership.
Applicant must be U.S. Citizen or permanent resident alien.

If your package is not complete when you submit for funding, you will experience a delay in funding until we have received all items necessary to complete the package.

Sharefax Credit Union is a “check for title” lender; please indicate our e-title number next to our name on title docs (E01573). You will not receive funding on any deal until Sharefax’s lien is perfected. Please do not submit non-member application if all applicants’ credit scores are less than 620. Sharefax accepts Equifax or TransUnion bureaus for buy rate. If a TransUnion score is used for the buy rate, the dealer must include the complete bureau with funding package.
